Now that I’m home from the World Race, I oversee a discipleship program called the Center for Global Action (CGA). The CGA is a community of young people (apprentices) being equipped and activated in their calling while strengthening their identity and role in the kingdom. It is truly amazing to see the transformation that has taken place in these young people. God is mobilizing them to change the world and I am honored to be a part of that process!
One apprentice, Brooke, described her CGA experience as a launching pad that has been “refreshing after being on the field where you are constantly pouring out… CGA is a space to grow and learn more about the things God has stirred up in you on the Race and see more realistically how you can apply it to your life in America or in another country. It is a great community to step out in something, mess up, and have the grace extended to get back up and try again.”
In my 2 semesters with the Center Global Action, we have…
• 6 Apprentices currently serving on the field
• 10 Apprentices leading World Race, Passport, Ambassador, and short term trips
• 12 Apprentices hired by Adventures
• Book writers, bloggers, photographers, videographers, and graphic designers
The CGA creates opportunities for apprentices in the area of their passion. I could not help empower and equip these young adults into their calling at the Center for Global Action without you!
Thank you so much for your support of my work at Adventures in Missions!
Love y’all! Amie Beth
